Raju Mahajan Presents U.S. Market Entry Strategies for Bangladeshi Businesses at BPAMEA

Raju Law’s Founder and Principal Attorney, Raju Mahajan, Esq., was the featured speaker at the BPAMEA Members’ Session “U.S. Market Expansion & Business Opportunities,” held at the BPAMEA premises in ECB Chattar, Dhaka, on October 8, 2026. BPAMEA, the Bangladesh Packaging & Accessories Manufacturers & Exporters Association (formerly BGAPMEA), has represented the country’s garment accessories and packaging manufacturers since 1989. In his session, “Get Access to the U.S. Market,” he presented Raju Law’s Global Gateway Platform, a structured pathway for international founders, investors and businesses. He covered U.S. entity formation, investment and immigration pathways, and the five-phase roadmap. He also outlined key routes for expanding into the United States: E-2 and EB-5 for investors, L-1 and EB-1C for intracompany transfers of executives and managers, O-1 and H-1B for talent, and corporate and regulatory support including capital structuring and ongoing compliance.

The session was sponsored by Khulna Technologies Ltd., which also presented on software, digital growth and ready-made business products. It closed with a Q&A, networking and one-to-one conversations with Mr. Mahajan.
