Raju Law Partners with BGBA for U.S. Market Expansion & Business Opportunities Seminar in Dhaka

Raju Law’s Founder and Principal Attorney, Raju Mahajan, Esq., was the featured speaker at “U.S. Market Expansion & Business Opportunities,” a members’ seminar organized by Raju Law in partnership with the Bangladesh Garment Buying House Association (BGBA) at Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka, on October 10, 2026. The seminar introduced Raju Law’s Global Gateway Platform, a structured pathway for international founders, investors, and businesses seeking to enter the U.S. market.

Attorney Mahajan explained how buying houses can establish a U.S. contracting entity that brands can contract with directly. He also discussed the use of appropriate agency agreements to structure commission arrangements and covered the L-1A visa for transferring a manager from a Dhaka-based company to a new U.S. office, the E-2 visa for investing in and operating a U.S. business, and other investment-based immigration pathways.

Khulna Technologies Ltd., the event’s technology partner, then delivered a dedicated session on technology. The program concluded with an open Q&A session for BGBA members.
